Sand, acrylic glue, acrylic colors, Sahara's stone
1998
After a trip to Morocco came the idea to realize an artwork with a very particular stone with bluish stretches I had picked up in the Sahara desert. The reliefs of the circle have been made with a mix of glue and Sahara sand. On that occasion something very new happened to my creativity because for the first time I experienced the possibility to express the content of the circle asymmetrically rather than symmetrically.
